SVSR Hospitality Advisory is an independent practice based in Istanbul, working with hotel owners, investors, restaurant groups and independent operators across Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
The practice was founded by Süleyman Savaşır, a hospitality professional whose background spans luxury hotel food and beverage management and premium restaurant operations.
His work brings operational experience together with strategic and financial thinking — understanding both how a service runs on a busy evening and how it reads on a P&L.
